Chinese tradition of duck roasting draws back to the age of Southern and Northern Dynasties. In the 20th century Peking Duck became a trademark delicacy that was favored by many political leaders during their visits. It has been served in the Rikshaw for 5 years for the delight of our guests. Marinated for 2 days in Chinese traditional spices, baked for 1,5 hours hanging in the oven, sliced thinly, served with Chinese pancakes, homemade plum sauce, spicy roasted cashew nuts and vegetable julienne.
