Our Chef on the Sylt Festival
Honor, curiosity, experience:
feelings that accompanied me on the way to Gourmet Festival Sylt. On the North See island of seven Michelin stars restaurants Balázs Ölvedy and me were invited to Johannes King’s two-star Söl’ring Hof. Here, local materials are put in the food and on the table too. Bark, moss or stone from the see are part of the setting.
We were proud to charm Söl’ring Hof’s guests with our goose liver terrine with gold and cinnamon smoke.
